Explanation of customer behavior and user event structure and platform values

イベントの構造

この顧客行動とユーザーイベントの内訳は、一般的に顧客行動やユーザーイベントに含まれる情報のタイプを示します。開発者とビジネスインテリジェンス戦略チームは、情報の構成要素をしっかり理解したうえで、受信した Currents イベントデータを使用して、データドリブン型のレポートやグラフを作成したり、その他の貴重なデータ指標を活用したりすることができます。

ユーザーイベントの内訳。購入イベントを示し、リストされたプロパティはユーザー固有のプロパティ、行動固有のプロパティ、デバイス固有のプロパティごとにグループ分けされている。

顧客行動およびユーザーイベントは、ユーザー固有のプロパティ、行動固有のプロパティ、およびデバイス固有のプロパティで構成されます。

プラットフォームの値

特定のイベントは、ユーザーのデバイスのプラットフォームを示す platform 値を返します。

ランダムバケット番号更新イベント

このユーザーイベントは、ワークスペース内で新規ユーザーが作成されるたびに発生します。このイベントでは、各新規ユーザーにランダムバケット番号が割り当てられ、これを使用してランダムユーザーの均一に分散されたセグメントを作成できます。これを使用して、ランダムバケット番号の値の範囲をグループ化し、キャンペーンとキャンペーンバリアント間でパフォーマンスを比較します。

イベントの種類

追加

新しいトークンが登録されると、「追加」イベントが取り込まれる。これは、ユーザーが新しい端末で初めてアプリを開封した時、または以前にトークンを持たなかったユーザーpush_tokensに対して、エンド/users/trackポイントを通じてトークンが設定された時に発生する。

更新

既存のトークンのプロパティが変更された場合、トークン文字列自体が変更されなくても「更新」イベントが取り込まれる。トークンは同じ文字列、同じユーザー、同じアプリを持つが、以下のフィールドの1つ以上が変更された：foreground_push_disabledAPNゲートウェイ、Web プッシュキー、provisionally_opted_inまたはdevice_id。

削除

Brazeがトークンを削除すると、独立した「削除」イベントが取り込まれる。これにはいくつかの理由が考えられます。

  • プッシュバウンス（APN、FCM、またはHMSがトークンを無効または期限切れとしてレポートする）
  • サイレントプッシュによるアンインストール検知
  • トークンはREST APIまたはAPNフィードバックサービスを通じて削除された
ペアを追加し、削除する

ペアの追加と削除は二つのカテゴリーに分類される：

トークン文字列の更新（同一ユーザー）：OSは同じデバイス上でトークン文字列をローテーションする（例：APNやFCMのトークンローテーション）。「追加」イベント（新しいトークン）と「削除」イベント（古いトークン）は、user_id同じ、同じdevice_id、異なるpush_token、そして同一の特性をtime_ms有する。

トークンはユーザー間で移動する。トークンはユーザーから別のユーザーへと移動する。「追加」イベント（新規ユーザー）と「削除」イベント（既存ユーザー）は、user_id異なる、同じdevice_id、同じpush_token、異なるtime_ms（通常は100ミリ秒未満の間隔）である。以下のいずれかによってトリガーされる：

  • SDKは匿名プロファイルから識別changeUserされたプロファイルへ呼び出す。「remove」イベントは空のexternal_user_id.を持つ。
  • SDKは、識別子を持つプロファイルから別のchangeUserプロファイルへ呼び出す。両方のイベントは空ではないexternal_user_id。
  • エンド/users/mergeポイントまたは重複ユーザーのクリーンアップは、孤立したユーザーのトークンを存続するユーザーに移行する。

最新のアクティブなトークン状態を問い合わせる

各ユーザーの現在のプッシュトークン状態を判定するには、トークン状態変更イベントをpush_token、user_id、およびで分割し、降順time_msapp_idで並べ替え、「remove」イベントを除外する。内部的には、トークンはそのトークン文字列によってキー付けされ、app_idユーザーごとに一意である。をパーティションキーとしてdevice_id使用することは推奨されない。なぜならは変更可能なdevice_id属性であり、これによるパーティショニングは単一のトークンのライフサイクルを複数のパーティションに分割する可能性があるからだ。
